Why the 16202 is hard to copy
Three parts of the watch resist copying at low cost. The case is thin. The bracelet tapers and its links flex in one plane. The dial has a raised tapisserie grid with square pyramids cut on a rose engine. Each part needs different tooling. A factory that fixes the case thickness usually loses bracelet fit, and a factory that fixes the dial usually keeps a thick movement.
