There is no Cartier reference 4208. Cartier reference numbers for the Drive de Cartier use a letter and digit pattern, such as WSNM0004 for the small steel model. The number 4208 appears in replica catalogs. A watch sold as a fake Drive de Cartier 4208 is a copy of the Drive de Cartier, a cushion case wristwatch Cartier introduced at SIHH in 2016. The 4208 code tells you which copy a seller stocks. It does not describe one Cartier model.
What the genuine watch is
